    I use this machine 60 minutes every day at a level 2 heart rate, just to keep my heart strong. I don't hold on, which simulates running. Do you see any down side to not holding on?

    Wouldn't one get a good bit more posterior chain recruitment if they took 2 stairs at a time? It requires more hip flexion, hence more hip extension during push off/propulsion.

    i just healed guys 😭 (so exaggerated) lol but my vertigo lasted 1 week only and i feel normal again, i just wanna hug u right now if that makes any sense 😭 thanks for this !! tip: do this exercise (i did this yesterday like ten times or if i have free time and i suggest when sleeping, better turn to the side wherein your ear hasn't been affected so that it the other side of ear (which is affected) so that the crystal would be back on it's position if thst makes any sense? edit: i exaggerated lol there's no spinning sensation but sometimes im off balance when my position is still, but come to think of it, it's better than spinning sensation
